This session will examine the evidence surrounding contemporary controversies of nephrotoxic medications, propose standardized terminology to use when evaluating these cases, and offer a road map for a nephrotoxin stewardship program to decrease the incidence, severity, and complications associated with drug nephrotoxicity.
