My professional career has been dedicated to the pursuit of academic medicine; more specifically medical education focusing on Interprofessional education and graduate medical education. I have served as the Associate Director of Interprofessional Education at Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine at Case Western Reserve Univeristy (CWRU), as a Co-Director of Interprofessional Scholars Collaboration in Teaching and Learning (iSCTL) at CWRU, and now as Associate Program Director of Critical Care Medicine Fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center since February 2021. During my time in GME, I have been able to utilize the application of simulation to Interprofessional Education and the CCM fellowship.
Additionally, my research endeavors have been focused on critical care oncology; more specifically immunotherapy related toxicities (immune related adverse events) and chimeric antigen receptor t-cell therapy (CAR-T) toxicities necessitating critical care management.
