The target audience for this interactive session is junior and mid-career healthcare professionals and faculty interested in learning and improving peer review skills for scientific journals. Participants will be equipped to successfully deliver concise, thoughtful feedback as peer reviewers. They will develop skills needed to understand the editorial process and determine mechanisms to integrate medical journalism into their professional career. Participants will work side by side with expert reviewers to critically evaluate selected manuscripts, discuss how to deliver feedback, and render effective recommendations. This session will be helpful in building resumes, CVs, and careers.
