Jennifer Forti, PA-C, MPAS - Director of the Inpatient Advanced Practice Providers for the Department of Medicine at the Johns Hopkins Hospital

Jennifer has worked within the Hopkins system for the past 22 years. After completing her physician assistant certification from the Community College of Baltimore County she started in the Division of Geriatric Medicine at Johns Hopkins Bayview. She became the Lead Advanced Practice Provider in 2003. Jennifer received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska the same year. In 2012, she transitioned to the Medical Intensive Care Unit at Johns Hopkins Hospital. She helped build and lead a highly-skilled group of Advanced Practice Providers that care for the hospital’s most complex patients. In September of 2021, Jennifer became the Director of the Inpatient Advanced Practice Providers for the Department of Medicine.
