The increasing number of Post Intensive Care Clinics have gained more and more attention over the past few years which has led to increased opportunities for patient and family discussions with the goal to promote recovery from the sequelae from the initial critical illness. Telehealth services is increasing utilized especially for patients who have travel limitations. This discussion will provide insights from lessons learned on creative ways to facilitate the delivery of post-intensive care services remotely.
