After a hesitant start in limited clinical settings a decade ago, tele-critical care had unprecedented exponential growth during the pandemic. It is now well accepted that tele-critical care will be an integral part of a hybrid model of critical care that involves both bedside and virtual care. As this new model of care is evolving, new challenges have also emerged. This session will focus on some of these challenges and solutions to ensure both quality of care and patient safety.
