Stroll through the stunning Cornerstone Gardens of Meadowcraft Wines. Learn the art and science of winemaking as you blend wines that have been aged in separate oak barrels. Participants will cork their own perfect Bordeaux blend while enjoying a spread of artisan cheeses, crackers, and dried fruit to pair with the wines, which intensify the aromatics. Immerse yourself in San Francisco’s tradition of public art. Receive a walking tour by the owner, Lisa Brewer, of Mission Art 415 Gallery. At least one muralist will join along the way to talk about their work and the inspiration behind their creation. During your tour, enjoy signature Mission region tastes, and finish with cocktails at Holy Mountain with modern mixologist, Dolly Bautista, followed by lunch with a cocktail pairing at Hawker Fare Restaurant. Hacienda Chocolat Tour Sail the USA 76!

Step abroad the USA 76, a 5-million-dollar yacht built to win the America’s Cup and help the crew hoist and trim sails. Learn about the mechanics behind sailing as you spend a couple of hours sailing the San Francisco Bay. Take hold of the wheel or help grind up the sail, or choose to sit back and watch the action. Enjoy the sunshine on your face and feel the wind in your hair on this once-in-a-lifetime boating experience. Learn more about the USA 76. Level of difficulty is moderate.
