Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellations for the in-person 2023 Critical Care Congress must be submitted in writing and are subject to a $100 nonrefundable processing fee. Cancellations for the live event must be postmarked before January 4, 2023. Cancellations postmarked after this date will not be refunded. Please allow four weeks to process refunds.

Course dates are subject to change and/or cancellation. In the event of cancellation of the in-person event, SCCM will still provide Congress Digital. SCCM will refund the difference in costs for those registered for the in-person event.

SCCM shall not be liable for any costs, expenses, or fees related to your cancellation of travel and attendance associated with the event. This includes but is not limited to cancellation of airline tickets, car rental reservations, and hotel reservations. Booking, purchasing, or securing travel arrangements is at the risk of the registrant.
